If you would like to become involved with FCFremontReferees as a Referee or join a FCFremontReferees mailing list, please complete the following information in it's entirety and click the "Apply" button below.
Information collected here is ONLY used to identify who you are and is not used by FCFremontReferees for any purpose other than establishing your identity within FCFremontReferees.
Please do not include any web site or advertisements in any of the information you provide above.
Once you have clicked Apply and received your Confirmation Number, FCFremontReferees will process your request within two normal business days. If you do not hear from us, please send an Email message to WebMaster@FCremontReferees.org asking for the status (be sure to include your Confirmation Number)
If you request involvement as a "Referee", you will be notified via Email at the PrimaryEmail address (make sure you spell the Email address correctly!). Your First Name, Middle Initial, and Last Name will be available on the website to selected other FCFremontReferees users (ONLY FCFremontReferees site Users
and NOT the general public). You CAN elect to display other personal
information from your profile if YOU turn ON the Directory checkbox right
next to the related field name (the checkboxes look like this when ON).
Checked means "Yes, permit other FCFremontReferees site Users to see this
information about me". Unchecked means "No, I do not wish this information
about me be made available to other FCFremontRefereesSite users
If you request "Clinic Notiication", watch your Email inbox or the upcoming Clinic announcements. To remove yourself from further notifications, send email to WebMaster@FCremontReferees.org requesting removal from the Clinic Notification list. The boxes (picture) don't matter because their information won't be available to anyone except the webmaster.
