   Revised This is it, the official Laws of the Game for 2007-2008, straight from the FIFA web site.( 1.7Mb.)

2. Advice to Referees on the Laws of the Game

   Revised for 2006! This is the 2006 version of the document, orginally from the US Soccer web site. ( 4.3Mb.)

3. FSRA Annual Training 2009

   Slides from the mandatory training session given Sept 1 and Sept 8, 2009. ( 820Kb.)

4. Referee Administratvie Handbook

   From the USSF web site, revised May 2005.( 2.82Mb.)

5. 2008 Additional Instructions and Guidelines for Referees and Assistant Referees

   This document replaces the Instructions for Referees and Resolutions Affecting Team Coaches
   and Players, formerly issued for Regional and National Cup Competitions and Tournaments. It
   will be updated annually to reflect changes in the Laws of the Game and memoranda, circulars,
   or positions papers issued by FIFA and the U. S. Soccer Federation. The information is taken
   from the Additional Instructions and Guidelines for Referees and Assistant Referees published in
   the FIFA edition of the Laws of the Game. ( 96Kb.)

7. Cautions and Cautionable Offenses

   Updated for 2006 From USSF, gives some philosophy behind why and when to caution, lists the seven cautionable offenses, and gives specific examples of each. ( 84Kb.)
