Here is some information about Match Reports
Here is the steps that the Treasurer takes to pay referees, AS WELL AS the steps the referees are responsible for:The first step to that process is to review the Match reports. Match reports are 'flagged' when there is a problem with them (referees, didn't show up, red card, etc). I will go through these first. On a side note, if you were supposed to only have 1 AR, or no AR's, please DO NOT set the NOTES field of the Match Report to reflect this. If you expected to have no AR's, etc, then don't flag the Match Report (anytime you choose anything on the NOTES field, it puts the Match Report up for review).
So here is what I need our referees to do:
- Go to referee: Match Inquiry. Change the beginning date back to the start of the season (9/07/02) and change the "Referee" and "ARs" fields to "MY ASSIGNMENTS" (only). Review the games that you have listed here. If you did not end up doing one of the games, or you switched games, etc. PLEASE call or email your assignor ASAP so they can go back fix the schedule to reflect your actual games.
- Please make sure you PERSONALLY have filed match reports for all the games you have done (each referee on a game must fill out their own match report). NOTE: DO NOT fill out both a carbon copy match report (assuming you would mail it in) and an on-line version. IF YOU FILLED out an old carbon copy pay voucher only (and mailed it in) then you will not be included in the check run for October. Entering those pay vouchers into the website is a manual process and will be done at a later time.
- You can view the contact information for the assignors under Services: Assignors.
- A copy of this email will be posted in some form under Services: Help
And you can go to Referee: Accounting to see:
- Which match reports you have filed (since you will only be paid for those match reports that actually get filed).
- The status of your current games (whether they have been paid or not).
