Policy Regarding Disbursement of Checks

When do I have to have the on-line pay voucher (match report) done by in order to get paid at the upcoming meeting?

All match reports must be completed 7 days before the meeting in order to guarantee that they will be paid.

What if I use carbon-copy paper vouchers instead of the on-line match report?

You will not be paid for the carbon-copy vouchers until the meeting in December. FSRA is strongly encouraging you to use the on-line version.

What if I can't attend the meeting, when will the check be mailed to me?

If you can not attend a monthly meeting, the check will be mailed to you around the 1st of the following month. Example, you can't attend the October meeting, then the treasurer will mail the check to you in the beginning of November.

If I do go to the monthly meeting, when I can get my check there?

Checks will be handed out from 6:30 - 6:50 and 8:00 - 8:30 (or directly after the meeting has ended). Please be aware of these times and don't ask for checks right before the meeting starts (or even worse during the meeting).
