The following general conditions, policies, and procedures are associated with the use of the private areas of this FCFremont Referee site. This Agreement is NOT a condition for participation with FCFremont, but is a requirement for you to make use of the private areas of this website. By using the Private areas of this WebSite, YOU ( ) are indicating that you have read, understand, and agree to the following items.

1. Individual FCFremont Users (Referees, Assignors, Association and Club Officers, etc.) are provided access to the private area of the FCFremont Referee site once they have properly registered with the site, completed their Profile appropriately, and agree to abide by this Agreement.
2. You agree that information stored in the private area of the FCFremont Referee site is to be considered confidential (all areas and pages are private except Information, Logon, and their subpages).
3. You understand that you do NOT have permission to share information obtained in the private area of this website with anyone who does not have independent access to the information being shared. All use of this site will be for FCFremont purposes only.
4. You agree to respect the privacy of all individuals who are listed in our Directory and will NOT share information such as Email addresses and phone numbers with those that do not also have direct, independent access to the information
5. You agree that this FCFremont Referee site may publish certain information about you (your Name). Other portions of your Profile may be displayed to other FCFremont participants if, and only if, YOU approve of it via your Profile.
6. Website Administrators, Association and Club Officers, and Assignors will have access to certain personal information about you whether you place it in the Directory or not, but their use is strictly limited to that use required to perform their individual responsibilities within FCFremont and as managed and specified by the FCFremont Board of Directors.
7. FCFremont will, under NO circumstances, use the information you provide about yourself for marketing, advertising, or other promotional activities. We will not sell, distribute, or loan the personal information you provide us unless required to do so by applicable State and/or Federal law.

If you choose not to indicate your Agreement to these terms, you will not have access to the Private Area of this FCFremont Referee website. However, you may continue as a member in good standing and continue with full participation in the FCFremont Program. Please contact a member of the FCFremont Board of Directors to provide feedback or pursue any concerns about this Agreement that you may have.
